Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days from the date the order is placed. However, during high-demand periods, holidays, or supplier delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, customers will be notified via email with an updated shipping estimate.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, customs, or courier service disruptions. Please allow additional time during national holidays such as the 4th of July, Christmas Eve, Labor Day, Black Friday, Etc.

Order Acceptance and Delivery:
All shipments require a valid delivery address and, where applicable, a signature upon delivery. Once an item is marked as “delivered” by the carrier and/or signed for, we consider the order fulfilled and completed.
