Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
All jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or shipping delays.
Singh Jewelers & Co. – Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team within 3hrs of order being placed.
Important: Any credit card processing fees (including those charged by American Express, Visa, Mastercard,Apple Pay, or other credit card companies) are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled prior to shipping. Refunds for the order amount will be processed minus any applicable processing fees.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase to avoid unnecessary charges.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Your merchandise is shipped directly from our manufacturing company. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. However, during holidays or supplier backlogs, processing may take longer. We will notify you via email if any significant delays occur.
Ring Sizing Policy
We currently stock Bridal Wedding Ring Sets in Size 7 only.
If you require a different size, please email info@singhjewelers.us within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the desired ring size. Sizing adds an estimated 3 business days to processing time.
Failure to request sizing within 24 hours may result in the item being shipped in standard size 7.
No Responsibility for Delivery After Shipment
Once your item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and/or signed for, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and accept our Final Sale and Shipping policies.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after the item has been shipped and confirmed delivered (including via signature confirmation, where applicable), we reserve the right to dispute the claim with supporting documentation.
Filing a dispute may result in being banned from future purchases.
